The Appointment Booking system will provide the ability for staff to book, view, update, reschedule and delete appointments (single and reoccurring) for future dates and for past dates and to readily see the next available appointment date across all the customer service offices. Our system will provide the ability to enter core details including (but not limited to): client name, contact number, address (including homeless), email, date of birth, law type, other party/parties details (including names of parents and children and their DOB), location (internal and external), location address, matter type/s (by drop down menu), description (free text), practitioner, appointment mode, mention date, interpreter needs (language), priority comments (safety warnings), special needs” The system will provide the ability to view and print scheduled appointments in a variety of formats (day, month, staff member) with core information presented and save/send in electronic formats (eg., PDF) The system will allow rooms to be booked as a resource and allocated to an appointment as necessary, to be configured on or off as required. The system will send an appointment request to solicitors allocated to an appointment, which solicitors may accept, change or decline as appropriate, and update Outlook calendars with details of accepted appointments. The system will update relevant Outlook calendars in the event of canceled or rescheduled appointments
